About Moss & Meaning

this blog isn’t about anything in particular.
and maybe that’s kind of the point.

moss and meaning is where i collect the quiet parts of life, the small moments that don’t usually make it into conversation, the thoughts that sit in the background, the everyday things that feel like they might matter if you look at them long enough.

you won’t find advice, tutorials, or perfectly filtered living here.
but you might find a feeling you recognize.
something soft. something weird. something that reminds you you’re alive.

it’s a mix of daily life, creative projects, memories, mundane beauty, dogs, plants, maybe a few rants, probably some existential spirals. nothing polished. just lived-in.

i write this mostly for me. but if you’re here, welcome.
take your shoes off. stay a while.
there’s moss on the floor and something real in the air.

“Life is not made up of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years, but of moments.”

Collected Truths

These are only a small few of the hundreds of quotes and images I’ve made over the past few years while working as Creative Director at The Haymount Institute. Some came from things I’ve been through, some from what I’ve seen or felt in the work, or noticed in the world around me.
